G & P Construction

G & P Construction, Inc. was started in 1993 by Monty Gall and Tom Pearson. Real Estate Brokers with over 50 years combined experience, Monty and Tom saw a need for affordable housing. To meet this market, G & P Construction, Inc. purchased 10 lots in the Beck’s Addition to Worthing, SD, where there are now over 100 homes. G & P Construction also developed the Baltic Heights Addition in Baltic, SD which now houses over 100 families and have recently expanded to developing the South Main Addition in Hartford, SD. They specialize in the AFFORDABLE HOUSING market and have expanded to several Minnesota communities too. All of these homes meet SDHA/FHA/RD and VA standards and offer complete ‘turnkey' construction, from the building permits to final cleanup.
